An Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP) with over 20 year's industry experience, Rosemary is committed to the highest mortgage industry standards and strives to promote industry awareness in her community. She has successfully built her business from the ground up by doing just this.
Rosemary is dedicated to helping her clients. Using her ability to understand the unique needs and goals of each client, she finds the mortgage solution that's right for them. Rosemary enjoys helping clients strengthen their investment portfolios by showing them how their mortgage can fit into and enhance their current investment strategies.
She is committed to her family and her community. Rosemary is also a strong supporter of the Heart & Stroke Foundation, the Humane Society and Habitat for Humanity. She is also working towards promoting money management skills within the community. Rosemary is an active member of the Canadian Association of Accredited Mortgage Professionals(CAAMP) where she served on the education committee. When she's not working, Rosemary loves travel, entertaining friends and playing golf. She also enjoys photography and is a fan of musical theatre!
On my team, I have my brother John Ghiz, a licensed assistant. He is also a member of (CAAMP) and currently working towards his AMP designation to better serve his clients.
John comes to the mortgage industry with an extensive background in interpersonal communications through his professional development and achievements in film, theatre arts and in customer service. Understanding and listening to the needs and expectations of our clients, he works hard assisting them through the mortgage process.
